Google Ads now has access to an account only for working with payment data

Google Ads added a new level of access to the account – only for working with payment data.

This update will allow you to provide access to your account only to certain people – for example, employees of the finance department. They will be able to view and manage invoices and create billing reports, but they will not be able to view or edit campaigns.

Another innovation is changes in account ownership. Account ownership, formerly known as administrative ownership, extends the normal rights of manager accounts.

Previously, an account could have multiple owners. The owner role now allows only one manager account to own the account. This change opens the door to expanding the functionality of manager accounts in the future.
