Yandex allowed its employees to work from home for another three months. However, according to the company’s press service, many people ask about the possibility of returning to the office. Therefore, Yandex is changing the “standard” operating mode of recent months and is ready to provide a secure opportunity for such employees to work from the office.
The company notes that in September the office becomes maximally adapted and safe to work from its places:
“Everyone who wants and is ready can come, having previously passed the PCR test, in the future, the PCR test will have to be taken at least once every two weeks. This can be done right in the office; the company will pay for all tests. But, we repeat that everyone can continue to work from home until the end of November. “
The press service emphasized that Yandex will monitor the situation in all regions of its presence and make further decisions on the format of work, depending on the situation.
As a reminder, Yandex switched most of its employees to remote work in mid-March. At the end of May, the company allowed employees to work remotely until September.
We also note that Google has decided to leave about 200 thousand employees at remote work until next July.
